The sources checked show no documented link between Joaquin Duato and Margot Robbie. Duato is the CEO and chairman of Johnson & Johnson. Robbie is an actor and producer. The only overlap is small. In 2016, Robbie said she uses Johnson & Johnson wipes when she travels. That is a product mention, not a link to Duato.
Why people search these two names together has not been confirmed. This page shows what the records say and where they stop.

No family, romantic, or work connection appears in the sources checked. The records for each person sit in two separate worlds. One is corporate health care. The other is film.

Why are Joaquin Duato and Margot Robbie searched together?
Nobody has proven the reason. We did not find a reliable source confirming who first paired these names or why.
Several websites offer guesses. Some blame search autocomplete. One site suggests a mix-up with the actor Joaquin Phoenix. These are possible ideas, not facts. Be careful with any article that claims to know the true cause.
This page also makes no claim about search volume or a trend. The sources checked give no numbers to support one.
What does the Johnson & Johnson reference actually prove?
It proves one narrow thing. Robbie named a product in an interview. Here is the timeline:
- September 27, 2016: In an interview with British Vogue, Robbie talks about her travel beauty routine. She says she uses wipes, “usually Johnson & Johnson.”
- January 3, 2022: Duato becomes CEO of Johnson & Johnson.

The interview came about six years before Duato became CEO. It does not mention him. It shows what Robbie said about a product. It does not show that she knew him, worked with him, or had a business deal with him.
